“Crux guarantees all products for ten years from the date of purchase to the original customer. This guarantee is against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Should any flaw appear due to defective materials or craftsmanship, crux will repair or replace the product. If damage is determined to be the result of normal wear and tear, abuse or accident, repairs will be made at a reasonable cost. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.”
Warranty claims and returns procedure
Please contact your retailer should you have any problems with your product or are dissatisfied with its performance. Alternatively, please contact us by email: carol [at] odl.uk.com. You will need to supply your name and contact details, all the information about your product and request a Return Authorisation number (a form will be supplied to you). We will then advise you on what procedure to follow (as this differs from product to product). Although we receive very few returns under warranty as a rule, there are always exceptions. We generally prefer to repair a product (even though this is frequently the more expensive option for us). We seldom have to replace a product outright.
