W's Torq Jacket
£249 / €299 / $349

Highly breathable and waterproof, the Women's Torq uses a robust medium-weight nylon face fabric with an eVent membrane and features the highly water-resistant Riri Aquazip. Ignore the deceptively low finished weight and soft handle – the Women’s Torq is tougher than it looks. The fit is not a modified version of the men’s pattern, but was developed from a clean slate by a specialist women’s designer. Designed for general mountaineering, the Women’s Torq is light, fits comfortably and has only what is needed – an adjustable mountain hood and two generous pockets.

Care & Attention

eVent is a fabulously breathable fabric, better than any other. To ensure the performance and longevity of your eVent jacket, it is really important that you wash it regularly, particularly if you are using it a lot. We appreciate that this can be a hassle, but at the very least you should always wipe down the areas of the neck and lower hood that most commonly come into contact with sweaty skin. Build-up of salt will contaminate the membrane and cause it to start to delaminate, so a good rinse with water is vital.
