Browse our spares collection for poles, frames, buckles and other components. If you are unsure about compatibility, email carol@odl.uk.com with the model, approximate purchase date and clear photographs. Measurements or a picture of the original part can help us identify it.
Discuss a repair
Climbing and mountain use are hard on equipment. Contact us with photographs and a description of the damage before sending anything. We can advise whether a repair is practical, where to send it, and any cost or expected turnaround before work is agreed. Clean and dry equipment before sending it for inspection or repair.
We cannot promise that every item can be repaired or that every older component remains available. If the problem may be a manufacturing defect, see our warranty procedure first.
